Acai Smoothie Power Bowl

Today I wasn’t feeling so well. So I decided to make something light that would give me energy! Also, I went to Trader Joe’s and I had to use all of my new stuff of course 😉

So here you go! 🙂

ACAI SMOOTHIE POWER BOWL

Ingredients:

-2 packets of frozen unsweetened Acai

-1/2 Avocado

-1 tsp coconut sugar

-1 tsp chia seeds

-1/4 cup shredded coconut flakes

-1/4 cup pecans

-1/4 cup Blueberries

First, run your frozen acai packets under cool water to thaw. Add both packets, 1/2 avocado and coconut sugar to the blender & blend. (The avocado adds healthy fats and thickness to make the smoothie bowl)

Add smoothie mix to bowl and top with chia seeds, blueberries(mine were frozen), shredded coconut and pecans. Enjoy 🙂
